Garments 

Our range of disposable garments includes a complete range of sterile and non-sterile disposable garments. All disposable products are manufactured with high quality material and assembled in a controlled environment. Products include sterile disposable garments, sterile and non-sterile face masks, and non-sterile cleanroom apparel. 

The sterile, disposable garment products are designed specifically for the needs of an aseptic cleanroom operation. Sterile disposable garments consist of two fabric types, SMS and MP, that are constructed identically but cited for two different uses. 

The SMS garment line is built with a high quality spunbond-meltblown-spunbond (SMS) non-woven polypropylene fabric. It provides excellent breathability while maintaining protection. Coveralls, frocks, and hoods are offered in this line.

The MP line is made using a non-woven, microporous, coated material. It provides even greater personal protection in the cleanroom. VAI’s disposable garments provide 100% garment sterility assurance and a reduced chance of gowning contamination, while keeping the comfort and breathability of traditional, reusable garments. Coveralls, hoods, frocks, boots, and sleeves are offered in this line.  

Disposable garments are packaged in patented Easy2Gown fold system.  The Easy2Gown design is a fold that makes the aseptic gowning procedure an easy process instead of a routine challenge.  

 
VAI’s sterile and non-sterile face masks are comfortable and breathable. The blend is made of rayon and laminated with an acrylic binder. The face masks provide excellent barrier capabilities, reduce goggle fogging, and are available in multiple varieties. Additionally, we offer a variety of additional cleanroom apparel including bouffant hats, sweat-less headbands, and shoe and boot covers. 

Hair Nets - “Bouffant Hats” 

Bouffant Hats are for use in a cleanroom setting. They are pleated, breathable, cool, full coverage, latex free, and made of 100% virgin polypropylene.  

Coveralls 

SMS 

• SMS Easy2Gown Coveralls are composed of a high-quality SMS nonwoven material that has outstanding moisture vapor transmission and efficient bacterial filtration for comfort and breathability. They are suitable for use in all cleanrooms and non-hazardous environments. SMS Coveralls are styled to fit all body types and have elastic in high movement areas for ease of use.  

• The Easy2Gown System simplifies challenges of aseptic gowning. The coveralls have a patented fold to reduce the chance of contaminating the outside of the garment. 

MP

• MP Easy2Gown Coveralls are composed of a heavy weight, non-woven, microporous material that is low in particulate shedding. It is designed for use in ISO 5 (Grade A/former Class 100) areas where maximum protection for the wearer is required. MP garments have an impervious barrier and have excellent liquid repellence, especially to chemicals.

Boots 

Knee-High Boots are composed of an MP fabric top and a high-grip bottom. These boots are designed for use in ISO 5 (Grade A/former Class 100) areas where maximum protection for the wearer is required. MP garments have an impervious barrier and excellent liquid repellence, especially to chemicals. These boots fit above the calf, with two ties below the knee for added security that can be tucked away if not in use. The boots are cleanly folded to reduce operator contamination and gowning time.
